• Client work product: Ownership of deliverables created under a paid engagement will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

During discussions and engagements, each party may receive confidential information. The handling of confidential information will be governed by any applicable NDA or service agreement. If no NDA is in place, both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as required to perform services or by law.
